A MentorMe Circle is an engaged peer-to-peer or subject matter expert led learning format that connects you with others who share common interests or learning objectives, and allows you to learn together as a group. MentorMe Circles helps you drive your career development goals by building key skillsets, expanding organizational knowledge and enhancing functional expertise.

- The primary focus of Circles is learning. It is not a place for requests for project or job placement.
- Both Circle Leader (mentor) and Circle Member (mentee) should actively participate in meetings and discussions. Joining a circle is not a passive membership.
- Only join a Circle as a Member or start a Circle as a Lead, if you can give the time commitment to attend or lead meetings. If not, then please exit your Circle.
- Circle Leaders can set up who is accepted as Circle Members and can remove Members who are not appropriate for the Circle.
- Circle discussions should be limited to the identified topic to ensure a good experience for all participants.
- All members should conduct themselves professionally in all conversations and should follow HCL's Code of Conduct.
